Legal Counsel – Cape TownFull job descriptionKey functions:Corporate work (incorporation / liquidation of a legal entity, change of a director / legal representative, company address, transfer of shares);Government / local authority relations;Consultation on various issues (advertisement, labor law, intellectual property, personal data protection, etc.);Contractual work (analysis of the contract for compliance with the current legislation and organization requirements, drafting of various contracts, etc.).We offer:Part-time, 4-5 hours per day.15.000 ZAR (net)/month + increase in salary subject to meeting planned targets.Hybrid (with mandatory office visits in Cape Town as needed).Support in all business processes (IT and tech support, recruitment, accounting, HR, etc.).Tech-savvy environment: corporate CRM program and edu-platforms, news blog and work messenger.Requirements:English skills: minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate).Min. 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer.Knowledge of civil law, including corporate and contract law.Knowledge of advertising and competition law.Experience in participating in court hearings, trials, etc.Knowledge of legislation in the field of passenger transportation will be an advantage.Qualifications: Graduate in Law / LLB.Job Type: Part-timePay: Up to R15 000,00 per monthExpected hours: No more than 25 per week
